JERK CHICKEN
Tender breast of Chicken marinated in Cajun spices, sealed in hot oil.
Finished with a Creole barbecue sauce.

Salmon fillet seasoned with Cajun spices sealed in hot butter, then baked. Served with lemon and sauce béarnaise.
