Hi, I'm Denis Rosembert and this is my family business Chez Denis Restaurant and Guest house. Together we run a Caribbean restaurant in Norwich (french-creole cajun style) and holiday apartments. We have a seven bedroom guest house in Norwich next to the Caribbean restaurant in Norfolk. The holiday apartments I have are in the Caribbean island of St Lucia and three in Nice, Cote d’azur. Both the apartments in St Lucia and Nice offer an experience of a lifetime.
I have been catering for since 1973 and was trained on the Creole-French island of St. Lucia, West Indies, the home of my holiday villa, Le Chateau Chez Denis.
At Chez Denis we are able to cater for your dietry needs - Celiac (having catered for the celiac society in Norwich previously), food intolerances such as yeast or wheat - please enquire for more details.
